Home Health and Hospice

As part of our Medicare Quality Improvement Organization contract, Qualis Health assists Idaho and Washington home health and hospice agencies to respond to requests from Medicare (particularly related to beneficiary complaints or appeals).

These agencies are required to give advance notice to Medicare beneficiaries and members of Medicare Advantage plans before the care is terminated, and to inform them of their right to request an appeal. (Please help us keep our appeals-related contacts up to date.)
