Medicare has made it a priority to engage communities to find answers to some of today’s toughest healthcare problems. Under our Quality Improvement Organization contract with Medicare, we are managing a host of initiatives taking place across Idaho and Washington. In particular, we are encouraged by the energy and commitment shown by a number of communities who are rallying around the cause of making care transitions safer.
